Main Text: Philippians 2:12-13
[12] Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, [13] for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
Main Idea: The Christian life is a reverent and joyful response to the grace that we have received through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
1. God works FOR you!

2. God works IN you!
[13a] for it is God who works in you…

3. God works THROUGH you!
[13b] … both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
Zechariah 14:20–21: [20] And on that day there shall be inscribed on the bells of the horses, “Holy to the LORD.” And the pots in the house of the LORD shall be as the bowls before the altar. [21] And every pot in Jerusalem and Judah shall be holy to the LORD of hosts, so that all who sacrifice may come and take of them and boil the meat of the sacrifice in them...
